As the founder of EVF Consulting, she strives to transform people and businesses by offering innovative sales strategies, career coaching, and global speaking engagements that inspire the next generation of leaders. Named a 3X 100 Powerful Women In Sales from 2023-2025 by Demandbase and Women in Sales, Erica knows how to make an impact by combining her sales acumen with cutting-edge tools like CRM systems, sales automation, social media platforms, and data-driven analytics. Her ability to leverage technology has helped her find new opportunities, streamline workflows, build lasting client relationships, and drive long-term success. In 2024, Erica took on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Africa Sales Academy, leading efforts to train and empower the future of B2B sales across Africa. Since 2022, Erica has served as the Global Director of Sales for Sistas In Sales, where she drives new business and partnership growth for a vibrant global community of thousands of saleswomen and allies. In addition, Erica is also the co-founder of Africa Growth Leaders (AGL), which launched in April here in Accra.
